When to choose CV97
CV97 is specified where a high voltage rating has to be combined with a small capacitance — voltage dividers, compensation and resonant circuits, and high-voltage coupling where CV86 capacitance values would be too large.

Frequently asked questions
CV86 or CV97 — which one should I specify?
Both cover 1,500 V – 20,000 V. CV97 additionally reaches down to 100 pF, so choose it when a small capacitance is required at high voltage; CV86 starts at 470 pF and runs to 2.2 µF.
What is the lead time for CV series mica capacitors?
Standard items are produced in 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. Custom designs are scheduled individually.
Do you supply samples for qualification testing?
Yes. Qualification samples are available on request; terms and cost are confirmed when the request is placed.
In which language is the technical documentation issued?
Type tables, the technical specification for the part number and dimensional drawings are issued in English, and in Russian where required.
