How an order runs
- 1 — You send the part list: type or part number being replaced, capacitance, working voltage, tolerance, operating temperature and quantity.
- 2 — We confirm the matching model, the dimensional drawing and the quotation within 2 working days.
- 3 — Sample and qualification stage: samples are supplied on request before a series order.
- 4 — Series production: standard items in 4–8 weeks from order confirmation; custom designs are scheduled individually.
- 5 — Shipping and documents: goods are shipped directly from the factory with the full document pack.
Terms that are confirmed per order
Settlement currency, payment method and the delivery basis (Incoterms 2020) are confirmed in the quotation for each specific request rather than published as a single global term — the right basis depends on destination and transport mode. Import VAT and customs duties are paid by the importer.
