What model for model means here
HT series parts were designed into circuits where capacitance stability over temperature and voltage is the governing requirement: high-voltage filters, DC blocking, resonant tanks and instrument power supplies. The CV series was developed against the same requirement, so the replacement holds the electrical and mechanical interfaces rather than only the nominal capacitance.
Practically, that means the substitution does not force a layout change, a new mounting bracket, or a re-derivation of the circuit. In most cases the acceptance test on the delivered batch is the only new documentation.

CV series parts are rated −55 °C to +155 °C, with production up to +250 °C on special order.
Can I keep my existing part numbering?
Many customers carry the CV model number in parallel with their internal number; the cross-reference table above is the mapping.
